Ceremonial Event Dedicated to the Birthday of Babur
A ceremonial event dedicated to the birthday of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur—the great poet, military commander, and founder of the Mughal Empire—was held at ASIA KIDS School. On this day, students, teachers, and guests of the school had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich atmosphere of history and culture.
Primary school students prepared a colorful performance, dressed in traditional Uzbek costumes. The girls wore elegant dresses with national elements, while the boys appeared in chapans and tubeteikas, creating a truly festive atmosphere. During the event, the children recited Babur’s poems, spoke about his contributions to literature and military leadership, and performed scenes depicting significant events from his life..
A special exhibition dedicated to Babur’s legacy was organized in the classrooms. Beautifully decorated tables displayed books containing his works, traditional household items, and national tableware, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of their country’s history. Teachers spoke about the significance of Babur’s writings, his autobiography Baburnama, and the importance of preserving cultural traditions.
