An open physical education lesson on the topic “Outdoor Games,” titled “Fun Starts,” was held at Asia Kids School. The lesson was conducted by teachers Akzamov Dilshod and Khusnitdinova Elena. Students from grades 5B and 5V took part in the event, enthusiastically and actively immersing themselves in the world of sports games.

The lesson began with drill exercises, where the children practiced transitions from one column into three, then into four, and back into one. Such activities helped the students develop a sense of discipline and coordination.

The main part of the lesson was organized in the format of “Fun Starts.” The participants were divided into four teams, which competed against each other by completing various tasks. Each challenge included game elements using sports equipment and obstacle courses. The children demonstrated agility, speed, and teamwork skills.

The lesson took place in an atmosphere of joy and healthy competition. The teachers motivated the students to give their best effort to outperform their opponents and take first place. The children not only actively participated in the activities but also supported one another, making the lesson even more memorable.

This open lesson became an excellent example of how physical education can be not only beneficial but also engaging. Such activities foster in children a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, develop a competitive spirit, and strengthen team unity.
